How can I track my order?
In most cases, upon shipment of your order, you will receive a UPS tracking number that can be used to track the delivery of your treasures online at www.UPS.com. You can also track your order through Paypal's online order tracking system.
What payment options do you accept?
Through the magic of Paypal, we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or personal checks. You don't even need a Paypal account - just the Happy Ending for which you were searching!
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We’re obligated to collect sales tax for shipments delivered only within Washington State.
How are my Treasures shipped?
Our packages are shipped via UPS Ground with tracking. Shipping and delivery days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes?
We certainly do, using the magic of the US Postal Service!
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we offer International Shipping to parts of Europe, Canada, or Australia using UPS Global Shipping. International Shipping is based upon current international shipping rates from UPS and are included in the regular shipping price. Please allow 10 to 20 business days for your treasures to arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping & Handling rates are based upon the USPS/UPS currently published postage rates as found on their website. We do not pad our shipping/handling costs, charging you extra for our personalized service.
How long does it take to ship a package?
With a generous sprinkling of pixie dust, we guarantee delivery within 7 business days as our regular, non-premium service for in-stock items, depending on your location within the United States. We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly. There’s no extra shipping charge for backordered shipments and credit card orders aren’t processed until they leave our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Our Heartfelt Guarantee - We've taken great care in creating some amazing children's designs that we hope will charm, surprise and delight you. We love each and every item and sincerely hope you will, too. If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with any product you receive, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we'll gladly refund the full cost of the item. Please note: shipping and gift wrapping charges cannot be refunded, unless it was our mistake. While we really don't like to use the word "BUT"... we can not accept returns/exchanges of custom-made, personalized, items that have the tags removed, or those that have been worn. Gift wrapping adds a delightful touch. We carefully hand-finish your gift with your personal message, pretty ribbon and a sweet keepsake charm to create a magical, one-of-a-kind presentation. Only $8.50. Certain oversized items aren’t available for gift wrapping.

Due to the uniqueness of many of the items found in our online store and the frequency of our design changes, you will always find the most current items available for purchase online or in one of our local stores.
