Our Heartfelt Guarantee
We've taken great care in creating some amazing children's designs that we hope will charm, surprise and delight you. We love each and every item and sincerely hope you will, too. If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with any product you receive, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we'll gladly refund the full cost of the item.
Please note: shipping and gift wrapping charges cannot be refunded, unless it was our mistake. While we really don't like to use the word "BUT"... we can not accept returns/exchanges of custom-made, personalized, items that have the tags removed, or those that have been worn.
Returning an item is as easy as 1...2...3...
Please fill out the return/exchange form on the back of your original packing slip. If this piece of paper has been misplaced in the course of your busy life, just jot a quick note to let us know what you'd like us to do regarding your return. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address. If you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return. It'll help us to do better next time.
Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels safely. Ship the package via USPS, UPS, or any other insured shipping service to the address provided on your original packing slip.
Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival in our warehouse. Look for an exchange or check refund to arrive within a few short weeks. Credit card refunds require a bit more patience—they'll appear in your next billing cycle.
