How much will I be charged for shipping my treasures?
Our shipping rates are based upon current shipping rates as posted by UPS. We will always charge the lowest available rate to ship your treasures. Should they occur, differences between actual shipping fees and what you are charged will be refunded to you within two weeks from the date your order was delivered.
How will my order be shipped?
Our packages are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping and delivery days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Tracking information will be provided to you via email when your order is shipped.
How long does it take before I receive my package?
With a generous sprinkling of pixie dust, we guarantee delivery within 7 business days as our regular, non-premium service for in-stock items, depending on your location. We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly. There’s no extra shipping charge for backordered shipments and credit card orders aren’t processed until they leave our warehouse.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes?
We certainly do, using the magic of the US Postal Service! If you have this type of address, please contact us directly so that we may provide you with an accurate shipping quote.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we offer International Shipping to parts of Europe, Canada, and Australia using UPS Global shipping. International Shipping is based upon current UPS rates and is included in the regular shipping price. Please allow up to 20 business days for your treasures to arrive.
