HOW TO PLACE WHOLESALE ORDERS
Email us and request a link to our online wholesale order form.
Please contact our Customer Service Department at 360.798.6584, between the hours of 10am and 4pm PST, Tuesday - Friday. We encourage you to maintain a written copy of the order you placed, making a note of your order number and the name of the representative who handled your call.
Written orders help eliminate mistakes which can occur over the phone and provides a written copy for your personal reference. You can email your orders directly to our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. When submitting your order, please include all of the following information on your order form:
Name of Business
Tax Id or Resale Permit #
Email address for shipment notifications
Method of payment
Our opening minimum order is 25 pieces, in any combination of size/color. Reorder minimum is 10 pieces, with no minimum per style or color. Wholesale orders in an amount of $250 or more will receive a discount of 15% off the total order, in addition to any other discounts received.
Payment Method for New Customers
We ask that all new customers placing their first order to pre-pay their order with a credit card. We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. If paying by credit card, please include your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and security code on your order form. If paying by Paypal, please indicate the email address associated with your Paypal account.
Upon credit approval, reorders may be sent out Net15 or COD-company check. Please advise your customer service representative if you are interested in applying for credit with Second Star Designs. This application process requires a signed credit agreement, which can also be accessed online via the link to our secure application (above).
Our regular shipments go out via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments larger than 10 pounds will be shipped by UPS Ground. If you prefer we use a certain shipping company or have any special requirements, please inform us when placing your order.
All out of stock items not shipped with the original order will be placed on backorder and ship as soon as they become available. Please inform us if you do not wish to receive back orders.
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number from our customer service department. Referencing this RA# on your returned packages will help expedite the return process. We ask that discrepancies or damages be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. Credits will be issued for all non-satisfactory orders within 30 days of invoice date. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the return is past 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse your request.
